The canned pear, white florals and clean laundry musk composition is done to absolute death now in 2023, so much so that when I asked what this was and my sis said it was Curious, I was surprised that it wasn't something current. Though I knew this would take some time, given my age, smelling like her would have to do in the meantime. I loved the magnolia in this, growing up in the south, it just smelled like easy mornings outside before school in the spring, or down by the lake. The floral fragrance is really strong with this one which surprised me because the Fantasy line is much more sweeter. Britney Curious Eau de Parfum is an exhilarating floral fragrance, inspired by sweet Louisianan magnolia paired with a sweet vanilla musk.

I find it refreshing in summer yet has enough strength to be suitable in winter, and I also find that it lasts for ages on me whatever the weather. Back when I had it, I didn’t appreciate it as much as I do now (was more into super sweet sugary scents like Fantasy), but ever since I was reminded of it recently, I seriously can’t stop thinking about it. I recently purchased another 30ml bottle for nostalgic reasons, and like many other reviewers here, was disappointed by the lack of dangling hearts and the cheap plastic atomiser. I’m in my mid to late 20’s, so definitely still fitting in the demographic for her frags, however, I’ve outgrown the cupcake sweet of the Fantasy’s.

I loved Britney (still do), and was very taken with the 2004 billboard ad for Curious, featuring the princess of pop in a halterneck dress, signature blonde hair long and tousled, peeking beguilingly at the camera from the side. However, shortly after I reluctantly put it on this morning, the sweetness and freshness started to come through. White aquatic florals were VERY en vogue at the time this was made, and honestly, this is one of the best celebrity offerings from that time. I couldn't find anything anywhere about this so if anyone else has more information definitely comment and let people know!

I was really hoping for more of the pear notes, but they only last like 10-20 minutes before they disappear. I like how this smells but when I smell it on my skin it smells like cheap musk and it doesn’t smell as good as when I smell the sillage or when I smell it on other people.Britney continues to dominate the celebrity fragrance world (along with a few others like JLO and Paris Hilton). Of all my perfumes, Curious is the only one where I’ve completely used up several bottles of it and repurchased again and again. I always decant when I wear it to work, and get about three hours of wear time before I need to touch up. This is a fragrance for the indiependent woman who celebrates the sensual sexuality and love compliments. This rare feminine mixture of lotus blossom, star jasmine and pink cyclamen has been categorised as both 'Thrilling and Satisfying'.

In THEORY this should be a straight up love love love for me, it has everything I love-it’s aquatic, it’s citrus, fruity, sweet, fresh, the list goes on and on! Curious by Britney Spears represents the young woman with its floral infused fragrance of magnolia and vanilla infused musk that pushes boundaries and revels in adventure. I have an old 10ml bottle of this which I believe only recently started going off after about a decade. Britney Spears' Curious is a lively, bright and effervescent fruity floral, aimed at twentysomethings with attitude.These issues may have intensified a bit because my bottle is old, but I don't believe the scent has changed too much over time. This fragrance makes me feel nostalgic since I had a bottle when I was younger and it was one of the first perfumes that I bought for myself. I wouldn't normally go for florals as I find they can be a bit basic and/or dated (I'm more of a fruity or gourmand fan) but this one has a very unique quality which I like. I remember my older cousin having this and it had the atomiser and it used to sit on her dressing table and whenever she would spray it It would fill the room with this lush floral smelling shampoo aroma that I use to crave. It's not my most favorite perfume in my collection, but it's also somehow different than most of my other perfumes I have, so for that reason I'll likely be keeping it. This is actually one of the bets celebrity perfumes with gorgeous juice possessing the long-lasting longevity and strong silage. I mean it still *kind of* smells like the original but I feel like it’s really a former shell of what it used to be. It's been approximately 6 hours since I purchased/tried this on, and something in the base is making me feel so sick.

It’s literally a bright airy pear with a fresh magnolia sitting on a fruity musk base but it is so good. It was the first song I was ever obsessed with and i remember begging my mom to get me the cd single for Christmas (she did lol).
