As an NHS midwife, I had the privilege of supporting many women throughout their pregnancy, birth and postnatal journeys. Jo's course was an excellent mix of how to focus on the norm whilst striking the balance of offering realistic advice on when medical intervention is advised. We chose this class because it sounded like Jo offered a really intimate and personal experience, with small face to face groups.
