About this deal

Este livro é narrado pela Jeanie que tem 7 anos e tem uma avó super divertida conhecida por avó sarilhos . Similar to Henn's Pizazz with big font (some bigger and bolder than others for emphasis) and illustrations on almost every page, but I didn't find the story as funny as Pizazz. A delightful book about an unusual grandma’s adventures with her granddaughter, Bad Nana is a riot of bright colour and laugh-out-loud moments, with a gentle story about friendship and overcoming bullying underneath it.

Of course all books do, but these are just too damn delightful, I mean Bad Nana, Farqua haha, THIS IS GOLD. The pictures were somewhat funny although I found a mistake in at least one and I wasn't looking too hard.My son read this book and he questioned me why Jeanie hate Jack so much and I explained to him that maybe her younger brother did all of the things she didn’t like just like he didn’t like when his younger sister kicked down his Jenga tower as he finished building it.

The Nana isn't bad, she's just mischievous and has her own form of justice that may well require her to dress up as Henry VIII sometimes. It was clever and sharp and silly (Jeanie describes her brother as a "whiny noise named Jack"), and the characters had fun quirks and characteristics. Gorgeously illustrated throughout with vibrantly coloured spreads, Bad Nana's naughty exploits will shock and appal - and make you snort with laughter!

I thought this book was great 👍 I also think that even though it was amazing I just couldn’t give it a five star ⭐️ even though I did give it a four star 💫 Overall this is an outstanding book 📖 A little spoiler: BadNana does something a little naughty at the end ! Children of all ages could enjoy this book, but it is particularly suited to children around the same age as Jeanie. Bad Nana is such a wonderfully cheeky story and I can imagine a five to eight year old (or twenty-three year old) enjoying this as well.

Fighting for those that can't stick up for themselves, whilst being cheeky and having a lot of fun along the way she gives you a good laugh and the odd smirk. Cheeky and sometimes rude, Bad Nana's behaviour usually results in 'BIG TROUBLE'; she should know better but she doesn't and Jeanie regularly finds herself hoping that her Nana will not do anything to embarrass her.
